The dietary department of SKH is managed by qualified clinical dieticians and other staff well-trained for healthy and hygienic as well as therapeutic food preparation and their distribution to all admitted patients. The ward’s menu includes a special diet as per the requirement of the patient and a health drink in addition to the regular breakfast, lunch & dinner. Preparation of a therapeutic diet includes bland, CRF, Salt-Free, Fat-Free, Urticarial, High Protein, etc. Ryle’s tube feeding and oral liquid are provided. Diet counseling and diet prescription are also provided to refer patients.
