
This specialized postgraduate program is designed to create experts in Computed Tomography (CT). The curriculum covers advanced physics, instrumentation, and clinical applications of CT, including Dual-Energy CT, Cardiac CT, CT Perfusion imaging, etc. as prescribed by National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Profession (NCAHP). Students receive in-depth training on scanning protocols, cross-sectional anatomy, radiation dose optimization, managing high-end CT scanners and performing CT guided complex interventional procedures. Students also develop critical thinking, and research skills through the mandatory dissertation.
4 semesters/ 2 years including 6 months Dissertation
Candidates must have passed Bachelor of Medical Radiology and Imaging Technology (BMRIT)/ Bachelor of Medical Radiodiagnosis and Imaging Technology (BMRIT)/ B.Sc. Radiological Technology/ B.Sc. Radiography / B.Sc. Medical Radiology & Imaging Technology / or any other Equivalent course with BMRIT.
